The Chief Secretariat of Central Provincial Council was established in Sri Lanka in the year 1988 under the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Our authoritative area consists of Kandy, Matale and Nuwaraeliya districts.
We provide administrative services, personal/ staff training services, planning services and strategic financial support to the ministries and other institutes under the Central Provincial Council.
